I thought I had everything. Turns out thinking was my problem.
Learning to feel my way instead changed everything.

A seven-year-old decides
My parents were in a life-altering car accident. Overnight, the life I knew reset completely. I was sent to a school psychologist, and what came out of me surprised her: a wildly mature perspective from a seven-year-old who had already decided, somewhere deep down, I have no control over what happens. This is my life now. All I can do is move forward.
The subconscious belief underneath that decision was this: you cannot have love and success at the same time. And that being of service, and growing up, means doing more, working harder, and putting others in need first.
For a long time, that rule worked. It helped me meet loss and change with grace. It made me someone people could count on. What I didn't see, and wouldn't see for over 20 years, was how that same decision was quietly building the conditions for everything to collapse.
I didn't know I'd just written the rule I would live by for the next twenty-two years.

Twenty-two years later
By early 2025, the outside of my life looked like a success story. A seven-figure business. A relationship. A remote lifestyle. Admiration from people who had no idea what was happening on the inside.
On the inside, I was overriding my intuition daily. I was choosing between love and success, and losing both in slow motion. Eventually, I gave up my stake in the business to try to save the relationship.
By the end of April 2025, I had lost both.
I found myself single, in a new city across the country from anyone I knew, with a broken heart, two dogs, a beater Mazda, and no financial cushion.
How the fuck did I get here?
Three commitments, made on the floor
I sat down. Not metaphorically. Actually on the floor.
And I made three commitments to myself:
To live entirely by my Human Design Strategy and Authority.
To surrender to the flow of life instead of chasing outcomes.
To rebuild from total alignment, and launch a second seven-figure business from that foundation.
Those three commitments became what I would later name the Purpose Codes.

I started at the bottom on purpose
It wasn't a rebrand. It was a reckoning with myself, one that required me to stop letting my mind run the show and start building a real relationship with every part of who I am.
I needed income, and every instinct in my mind was screaming to force something new. But my body knew better. I stopped letting my mind lead and started letting my body feel its way through each decision. And what I felt, clearly, was this: be patient. Tend to yourself first.
So I let my ego take a seat. I went back to a career path I had started in my early twenties and restarted at the very bottom of it.
During that time, an old stock portfolio I'd forgotten about resurfaced and carried me financially while I did the deeper work.
I spent the next year in serious inner-child healing, subconscious reprogramming, and building boundaries that weren't negotiable. I made every decision through my Human Design Strategy and Authority, allowing my body to feel its way forward rather than letting my mind lead.
Within nine months of starting over at the bottom, I had nearly tripled my hourly rate.
Not because I hustled harder. Because I stopped overriding myself.
Because I was you
I built this practice for women who are doing what I was doing: holding everything together, functioning at a high level, and privately running on empty.
Women who are still producing, still showing up, still being praised. And quietly losing clarity, energy, and themselves in the process.
I bring deep training in behavioral patterns and human systems into this work, alongside Human Design, nervous system work, inner-child healing, and embodiment, to help capable women stop performing alignment and start actually living it.
I don't coach from theory. I coach from having hit the floor and rebuilt from what was actually real.
If you're ready, let's talk
This is the work I wish I'd had access to when I was making decisions from fear, force, and a thirty-year-old subconscious rule.
The Purpose Codes Intensive is private 1:1 coaching where we locate exactly where you've been overriding your own authority and rebuild your decisions, your direction, and your life from what's true for you.
If you're ready to stop carrying what was never yours to carry, let's talk.
